我们是澳洲本土著名的包装公司，为许多本地知名咖啡店提供包装解决方案。现悉尼总公司急需招销售助理／报价员一名，需要可以快速开始，细心。
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the sales, food service or hospitality industry and know what it takes to support sales managers to process and close the leads.
The role will include but not limit to:
- Get job enquire from general phone call and pass to right sales managers
- Serves visitors by greeting as request
- Monitor email and request from sales managers, and provide efficient response
- Support the sales team from quotation, sampling, payment process and delivery arrangement
- Support sales meeting and sample showroom
- Place orders and check inventory
We are looking for people who:
- Can speak fluent English and Chinese (essential)
- Love to work as a team and able to work independently
- Sound communication skills
- Display outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Demonstrate a passion for the product and help sales team convert to sales
Desirable skills but not essential:
- Familiar with design or printing industry
- Able to use basic Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
