工作介绍Key duties and responsibilities:
- Writing and posting job adverts through various advertising websites
- Shortlisting and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Completing reference checking on candidates
- All recruitment related administration tasks, assisting HR team when needed
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in HR or other relevant disciplines (but not a MUST)
- Prior exposure to recruitment or HR would be ideal, although not essential
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency with computers
- Successful candidate should hold a valid visa with full time working right in Australia (NO working holiday visa)
