25岁以下价格会贵一点的。不知道你现在的车上了保险没有，如果没有的话，可以将车的年份，品牌，型号等具体资料告诉我么？我可以帮你计算一下报价的。 刮蹭的话看严不严重，找保险公司一是要交EXCESS （500或600澳），二是在下一年保险RENEW的时候会抬高价格。

简单说来，汽车保险的价格主要和如下几个因素有关：
驾驶员的年龄
驾驶员的驾龄
车的市场价值
车的改装
过往5年内的事故与保险记录
车辆停放的地址

汽车保险的折扣主要来源于驾驶和事故记录，随着时间的累积，保险公司会按照你事故发生的次数和投保CLAIM的次数对你给出评级RATING。每一级对应的折扣比例相应不同。以SUNCORP为例，RATING1对应60% OFF THE PREMIUM，是最高可以给出的折扣了。当然，各家公司都会有一些ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT的。

车辆年检会把刮蹭一并修好的事情我没有听说过，也就没法解答了。
