但是如果是联名买房各占50%，但是一方不是PR，只是TR，那么还是能全免吗？？
请有识之士解释一下first home plus和first home plus one。
plus one好像是针对和别人一起买房的情况，只是concession on duty.就是不知道夫妻联名买房是不是落在plus one的范畴内。是不是只能部分免税？
