The housemates r friendly handsome Koreans guys. 
If u want to practice ur English and interest in Koreans food or Korean Culture or Korean guys is the best choice to stay here.
The room is nice and clean with fully furniture inside also its bigger than other single room. 
U only need to share the bathroom and toliet with one nice Korean guy.
They also offer the aircon so u will be no more swealing inside the house at summer times.
