BUT
however,i am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities,that you meet the requirements of pararaph 57,in particular.
you are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds.
you intend to leave the united kingdom at the end of your studies.
furthermore,i have also considered your application under paragraph 320(21),whether or not to your knowledge,false documents have been submitted in support of this application.
BECAUSE
i have serious doubts over the authenticity of the documents produced in support of employment/salary.In particular.
a field trip to the stated employment of your sponsor nanjing wanlilai real estate co,has cast serious doubts over the authenticity of your claimed employment.ultimately there was no evidence that you are employed at this company.there was also no evidence to support your claim that the company would be supporting you financially in the united kingdom.
furthermore, your reliance upon such a documents reduces the credibility of your application as a whole and casts serious doubt opon your intentions to follow the proposed course.
In the light of the factors set out above I am not satisfied that you intend to liave the United Kingdom on completion of your studies.
Your application does not therefore comply with the provision of paragrapg 57 of the Immigration Rules(as amended by HC 164) |
