我在MONTREAL申请夫妻团聚，联邦和魁省都通过并转至香港加领事馆。在7月7日完成递交文件，8月31日收到LANDING FEE的收据。在9月23日左右网上状态" Medical Result received. Decision has been made on XXX's Case. The office will contact XXX concerning about the decision" 还有explanation: the decision will only be sent by mail in writing.
我的问题是：听朋友说香港处理CASE需要3到4个月，是从收到文件还是收到LANDING FEE开始算起呢？我需要确切的时间并确定信没有寄失。如果联邦和魁省都通过了，那么香港被拒的几率有多高呢？（当然我的CASE IS TRUE. 呵呵）
