这是申请osap的一个要求.问题是这样,我在申请一月入学的时候还没住满一年,又不打算再等到九月. 我先自己交纳一个semaster的学费,等到九月再申请.可是不是就不符合without being a full-time student 的条件了?或着有别的解决办法?
