【Key Responsibilities】
Working collaborativelywith the operation management team your responsibilities will include:
1. Assist to set up rulesand regulations for delivery contractors and sub-contractors;2. Day to day technicalsupport for contractor driver;3. Day to day communicationmaintenance with contractor drivers where necessary via phone & chat;4. Contractor complaintsmanagement and follow up;5. Facilitateinter-departmental communication;6. Third party contractorcompany relationship maintenance;7. Additional duties asassigned.
【Required Skills】
1. Ability tocommunicate/listen effectively and have exceptional workethic;2. 1-2 years CSR(CustomerService & Relationship) experience - inBPO, Consulting, Transport orInternet;3. Ability to work underhigh pressure;4. Self-learning ability;5. Good command of MSOffice;
