Beautiful, new, spacious, quiet and light home with swimming pool, separate entry, ducted air conditioning, new carpeted room with built-in wardrobe, furnished, with own TV, Foxtel, Wireless Internet. Bathroom with full size bath, kitchenette and living room with leather couches and storage space.
Bedroom, media room and lounge, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, laundry, bathroom, are downstairs on the ground floor. Two quiet adults and one older child live upstairs (another kitchen, fridge, lounge room etc).
Mother is an experienced English tutor to university level who was also an exchange student herself, so understands studying abroad. Happy to help a student guest. Lovely daughter who is keen to have a guest stay. Father is an Engineering Manager with a large aerospace company.
A beautiful place, one minute to bus and new busway, 10 mins to Griffiths Uni/UQ/PA Hospital, 3 stops to Southbank, 15 mins by bicycle to UQ, 10 mins bicycle to Southbank. Olympic size local pool, close to Stones Corner Shopping Centre.
Breakfast included, all other meals negotiable. I will even try to cook your favourite food for you. This is a non-smoking house.
