Theideal candidates will be hard-working persons that are able to performmulti-tasks under pressure. This person will also be comfortable working withindividuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and with a high degree ofattention to details and discretion.
3Months UNPAID internship period, Part time or Full-time positions will be offeredafter internship.

Background Requirement:
·       Bachelor degree ( or above) in Business (Accounting),GPA 5.0 or above.
·       Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
·       Good at Chinese and English (IELTS 7 or equivalence).
·       Professional attitude with initiative and drive.
·       Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·       Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software includingExcel and Word.
·       Experience using MYOB and XERO.
·       Experience in wine industry preferred, but not required.

Main Job Description
·       Responsible for all data entry including accounts payable and accountsreceivable.
·       Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve billing questions anddiscrepancies.
·       Set up new suppliers and maintain existing suppliers.
·       Preparation and lodgment of BAS, tax returns and other statutory documents.
·       Perform bank reconciliations.
·       Assist in preparation of month end and year end reporting to management.
·       Monitoring cash flow.
·       Process monthly payroll.
·       Respond to requests for credit references.
·       Initiate and contribute to improving procedures to benefit the business.
