非常舒适的单人房，房间很大，local房东，不在一起住，三个房间，其中一个是masterroom，出租的这间需要跟一个女生share卫生间，浴卫分离。
我是之前住在这里的房客，由于工作问题不得已搬出，房东和室友都很Nice，所以帮他们发下帖子。
6.19 可以搬入，地位位置佳，门口100米就有2小超市，2个加油站。出门就有公交车，非常方便学生， 只招女生，屋里都是local，需要说英语。

Cute, Tidy and Comfy Room for an Employed/Studying Woman
One quiet, new, fully furnished, super cute and clean room is available in a large friendly house in Klemzig. It’s an ideal location for a commuter as the bus stop right outside the door and goes to the city in a Go-Zone, close to O-Bahn, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, all bills included in the rent, unlimited wifi, own tv with dvd player, shared spacious clean bathroom with plenty of storage for your stuff, toilet, shared large kitchen, dining /lounge room, laundry with great front loader washing machine(brand: Asko), plenty of clothes lines, huge back yard with fruit trees and shaded sitting area.
This spacious house is located at 5, Fourth Avenue in Klemzig, just off O G Road and only 15 minutes from the city. There is ducted cooling & heating throughout the house in every room, access to laundry facilities and front and back yards. Buses 281, 271, 273 to the city are located just outside the front door in a 15min Go Zone and the O-Bahn & 300 (Circle Line) stops are just a few minutes away. Walking distance to Marden Senior College and Marden Shopping Centre or Greenacres Shopping Centre.
The lockable room (you get your own key) is called the Garden View Room and is located at the quiet back of the house. It is a good size and comprises features such as: brand new single bed and bedding, under bed extra storage, desk, chair, ceiling fan, ducted cooling, a heater, unlimited wifi, TV, DVD player, large wardrobe. The room is ideal for a quiet person, preferably female, who is well mannered and wants privacy. You get your own set of towels and bedding. If you want to bring your own furniture/bedding etc – that’s fine and can be arranged on a case by case basis.
The kitchen/dining/lounge area is large open plan. The kitchen area contains large fridge, plenty pantry space, microwave, toaster, gas oven and stove. The dining/lounge area contains an extendable table with brand new chairs, comfy lounge, plenty of Australian books to borrow plus the opportunity to hang out with your house mates. There is also a gas BBQ outside on the patio you are welcome to use. Please see all photos.
No pets please. No smoking please. Rent includes all bills for utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating and cooling) and shared wireless broadband. Please note that the room is not suitable for a couple or for a man.
The landlord also conveniently lives in a small cottage at the back of the house so can assist with showing how to use the washing machine etc, answer any questions and assist if you lose your keys etc. The landlord will clean the common areas of the house weekly (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, laundry, hallways etc). You are only responsible for cleaning your own room whenever suits you.
Just bring your suitcase and move in!
