Duties andResponsibilities
- AA documents control. Creating and updating manufacture policy and procedures;
- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP
- Environmental swabbing,pre-operational checking, GMP audit;
- Handling non-conforming products and initiating deviation reports;
- Product sampling and visual verification;
- Conducting QC checks on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products
Skills andExperience
- Tertiary level qualifications in food science, food technology, microbiology or 5+ years dairy manufacturing QC working experience.
- Understanding of HACCP principles, Food Safety and Quality Systems, GMP and internal audit process.
- Excellent English writing skills,timing management and document control skills.
- Excellent computer skills andable to design different format of forms and documents.
- Flexible can do attitude and teamplayer
