全新townhouse自住房，位于Calamvale， 10月初刚刚入住，整屋均为全新家具。 屋主为一年轻上班族，安静，友善，直率易相处。

小区内有网球场，游泳池，健身房，以及BBQ设施和小公园。

近136，140公车站，以及woolworths shopping centre。

小屋坐南朝北，整屋布置为简约欧式风格，55寸三星3D LED 电视，实木电视柜，餐桌，真皮沙发和餐椅。
屋内禁止吸烟，后院内设有室外座椅以及烟灰缸。

大小两个冰箱，小冰箱主要用于放置酒水及饮料，大冰箱储存食物等等。

目前屋主一人住主人房，另外一男生住小房间，都是友好易相处的年轻上班族。

房间均备有双人床，吊扇， 书桌，椅子，入墙式衣橱，及网络，最多与一人共用浴室。

好在房东夫妻人超好~住很开心~贵就贵点吧~朋友难找啊
