A newly-rented unit is now available. It is totally fully furnished.
There are two rooms: one is master room with own bathroom and another one is room (same size as master room) but without bathroom.Since the living is big, it is compartmented into two small rooms and both of them are now available for rent.
The respective price are listed below:
1.for the masterroom WITH own bathroom: the price is 160(negotiable) per person/week and the room can contain two people.(water,unlimitedless wireless broadband INCLUDED but the cost of electricity will be divided as per the head count in that house.)
2.for the master room WITHOUT own bathroom: the price is 150 (negotiable) per person/week and the room can contain two people as well.(water,unlimitedless wireless broadband INCLUDED but the cost of electricity will be divided as per the head count in that house.)
Note: one of the two beds is taken, so there is now one left.
3. for the living room, the price is 125 per person /week and there are two of them. It is newly compartmented and looks exactly like a room! (water,unlimitedless wireless broadband INCLUDED but the cost of electricity will be divided as per the head count in that house.)

Service provided to all the tenants: If your computer or laptops are spoilt, we can fix for you FOR FREE. Also, if you are looking for improving your english, you can be provisioned with FREE english skill enhancement course. YES, BOTH OF THEM ARE FREE.
4 week bond and 2 week rental fee have to be paid upfront. The 4 week bond is of course refundable. Two week notice is to be expected if you are to move away or else the bond will not be returned.
Electricity bill is around 5 dollars per person per week.
