目前手上有一間雙人房要出租 9/15號可搬進

房間有雙人床 大的入牆衣櫃 兩個床頭櫃 還有自己的衛浴設備

房間還另外放的下兩張書桌椅

這間apartment只有兩房兩衛 所以很安靜也很乾淨

不需要分配煮飯洗澡的時間

適合注重生活品質 愛乾淨喜歡安靜的人居住

家裡的大陽臺有很大的戶外桌椅可以看書發呆

樓下還有游泳池跟健身房可以使用

地點靠近Roma station（走路大約10分鐘） 到City無須再搭公車

步行可到412直達UQ

附近有Coles 走路只要五分鐘

全新傢具 鍋碗瓢盆都有了 只要帶行李就可以入住了

房租是每人$140 （兩人share）包水電網瓦斯

如果單人住的話是 $240

可短租三個月 適合放假要回國的學生

我們是一對台灣的情侶 我在UQ念書 還有一份打工
男友平時上班 家裡很安靜 我們也不常在家
希望找愛乾淨 不吵鬧 可以跟我們一起照顧這個家的人一起分享這個可愛的apt
