交通：房子坐落在西南的 Ascot Park Fourth Avenue 左有GoZone 15min max的M44 stop 右有火车站可以坐Train 都是步行的距离 开车的话10+min到city 赶车差不多半个小时到阿大门口 另外家距离Flinders uni和 Marion shopping centre Castle shopping centre也很近 因为我们每天早上上班要经过CITY 所以如果顺路的话可以drop you off.
房间：房间是2013的新房 我们在这已经住了快3年啦 什么都很满意 照片上的样子就是入住时候的样子 3室2卫2浴室 出租房间都是大房 自带build-in robes 崭新地毯 Master room 自带卫生间和浴室 所以剩下卫浴那个就是2个房间来share 所有的房间都配有水冷空调 另外还有Rain water tank来减少水费的开销 家里已经有冰箱洗衣机微波炉餐桌液晶電視等家具 房间里配有宜家双人Queensize床和书桌
周围：周围Coles，Foodland都有 整个neighborhood 也是很新的房子 鬼佬居多 步行到Marion library也适合喜欢安静看书的同学
室友：Master room里住有一对阿大刚毕业工作的Couple 不抽烟不喝酒 不吵闹爱干净 积极乐观 喜欢运动有点小宅 带有一只小狗 另外间大房里住着也是一位阿大的同学 徘徊在DOTA2和健身房间的阳光宅男
网络：AdamWimax 250G 我们就打下WOW和DOTA2 绝不PPSTREAM PPTV 所以如果大家兴趣相投就更好啦 今年6月就会安装NBN 所以网速就更快啦


我们希望你：
1. 有良好的生活习惯 不是口头上说的爱干净 什么做完饭不洗碗不打扫干净厨房等明天的 房间里的味道都累积到刺鼻的 不拖鞋进房间踩地毯的 我们确实接受不了 这是首要条件 因为房间真的很新 希望你把保持房间的环境作为你的责任
2. 不抽烟 不带人回家过夜
3. 家里会只小狗 不掉毛 会上厕所会各种trick 非常喜欢和人亲近 所以希望你是有爱心喜欢狗狗的人
