恕我不敢同意以上的观点。30/21 Campbell St也是3/2/1的格局 整套公寓才租470/周  您这套应该是22号  新近刚出租的顶楼公寓  租金即使达到550/周  您这自己留了主人房  2个单间无论再大 也没带上自己的卫浴，然后忽然就250一间了。。。。我觉得是贵不可言   Toowong Sylvan路上的高层新公寓即便是主卧 单人住的市场价维持250左右
还有 抱歉 22号公寓的图片我自己看了  客厅也就和普通公寓一般大小
其实我觉得怎么定价是私人的事 不过您这个价格看来房间是得空置一段时间了 冤大头是有  不过不多   脱离市场的定价决定了这个结果。。。
还是建议您再瞧瞧外头的价格 仔细调研一下  调整一下价格  一定很快会有反响
