一个是多喝水，2是可以吃点益生菌，有助于肠胃蠕动。3是喝点prune juice. 那个有助解决便秘。
还有就是便便的时候在屁屁口处抹一点香油，有助于润滑，否则破裂更麻烦。

prune juice 就是梅汁。我就在Woolworth 或 coles 买的。100% 的 prune juice, 然后对水给宝宝喝。 这个是纯天然的，没有任何药的。所以我认为宝宝喝可以的。
