      1。上周在工作时，经理突然叫我离职，给了我一封terminate employment 的信，信里没有写任何理由，我询问理由时，口头回答我，无非就是这里不好那里不够。并且叫来了出租车，让我马上离开公司。需要说明的是，并没有发生及其严重的事情，比如偷窃公司财务等。我做的是permanent full time job, 办公室工作。请问这样的解雇方式是否合法，是否需要提前2周告知？
       2。关于工作中，我并没有发生不可原谅的过错。同样的差错或者工作方式，别的老外同事，都可以熟视无睹，唯独对我不认可。各种不信任。并且经理层曾经当着其他员工的面，对我shouting,语言中包含fuck等。我工作里基本每天都觉得压抑。按照我的理解，经理已经属于故意找茬的程度了。我入职的时候，接受过工作岗位bullying培训，（公司是个大的group,family business,这个经理是他们家庭成员）。请问，有没有其他机构可以做些什么，因为集团内部看上去什么都做不了。
       我现在被赶出来，但是离职手续，什么也没让我签字，只有交给我那封信。请教郑律师，这样辞退是否合法，我应该得到哪些权益或者赔偿。多谢！

1、如果你觉得是无理解雇的，你可以向Industrial Relation Department申请，起诉雇主无理解雇，一经成立，可以向对方追讨合理的赔偿。
2、经解雇后，他应该给你一张Group Certificate，并列出过往有关的薪酬，方便你入禀税局，如果你是公民的，方便你申请失业救济金等事宜。
