此房位于25 ravenstreet，stlucia
走路步行去uq只需15分钟，适合刚来brisbane并且不太熟悉uq的新生；
走路5分钟可到附近的中国超市，超市附近还有许多小餐馆，饮食方面非常方便~~

5分钟到st.lucia west车站，有412、411直达toowong village(里面有大型超市coles, k-mart)
                                                            直达 city(只需15分钟)
5分钟步行到guyatt park,有ferry到city, south bank，交通方便快捷

A点位置为我家位置

房间在二楼，所以采光和视野都非常好~~包括我在内只有四个女生一起住(另外3个是读master,非常nice)，
两间single room 和一间master room,所以相对来说比较安静，也不会出现大家争抢做饭的问题~
短租时间为6月25日到7月25日，130刀/week,水电网全包，租期为四周~~

长租到8月8号~~价格为150/week
