根据您父母的个人情况，有可能能在澳洲领取福利，可在Centrelink申请，领取的同时就需要向税局报税。

您好。

1 澳洲的Pension, 属于纳税收入，但在65岁退休以后不需要纳税。
2 如果没有领取澳洲的Pension, 境外的退休金都属于海外收入，税局要求报税，并按照税率纳税。

退休金是海外收入，按税法规定要计入收入纳税。

需要注意的是，如果退休金中有自缴部分，这部分是可以作 ...

如果每年领取海外退休金的额度低于申报门槛额度是不是可以就填写一份non-lodgement form就可以了？还是依旧需要填写报税单？
