我现在租了一个房间，房东是二房东，我按月交房租，现在住了一个星期，因要离开去其他地方要退租，可房东不给退多交的房租和任何押金，逼我要住到月底或有人再住进来了，不让我走，我很气愤，他很不讲道理，我该怎么办？能去投诉这个二房东吗或者可以有哪些法律上的援助。我和他之间没有签纸质的合同，租进去时只有口头上的约定。
