你187PR期间，是可以去上学的，学校不知道你是187的主申请人还是副申请人，就知道你是PR，享受当地生学费待遇就好了的。 你持187读书，不告诉移民局，移民局也无法知道的  OK ？

所以目前移民部有做187持有人的监控么？或说比例/几率有多少？

学费无息贷款只能是公民以后，pr应该没资格申请的吧！
