3. Perfect location (close to Adelaide Oval, gym, park, zoo, 15 min nice walk to city or 5 min drive)+ free bus+free car parking
4. Deluxe master room has attached its own bathroom, big balcony, double bed, large built in wardrobe, large table for doing work.
