求租 一间带独立卫浴的主卧， 或两间单人房。希望房子住满总共不超过4人。

西边的， 靠近 Richmond 区 和 阿德莱德大学。 如果其他区的，希望 单趟公交30分钟之内能到这两个地方， 或开车15分钟。

租金200左右全包， 如果 房子好可商量。 自己有部分家具。房间里只需要桌椅 和大一点的衣橱。

我们讲卫生，没宠物， 基本只晚上在家，不吵闹， 可以一起打扫卫生。

租期希望 flexible,   先住两三个月（2014.9.1 开始），如果合适 住满 两三个月之后 就签半年或一年，如果不合适希望可以搬家。
