超级感谢之前有申请的亲们，我昨天打电话给中介，原来之前有些亲们在申请租这套apartment时，写了租的人是三个人以上，甚至有人写了要五人一起租 （ToT）。
其实这套apartment主要是租给一到三个人，亲们在申请时填写一人或两人租，等申请成功了再来加多一个人就好了。


好消息！超级便利位置的整套apartment便宜租。里面装修很新，听说房东之前有装修过。两个房间，有一车位， 前后阳台，在客厅上有独立空调。还有厨房的gas炉是房东上年尾才刚换。这个房子是从4月14日开始搬入。

Apartment位于south road上，地理位置超好，去海边，marion，flinders和city都十分方便。

5分钟步行至tram6站门口有719，720，721，722,723F等车至flinder 同marion 方向；
步行约6分钟到anzac highway有bus 245，248，248F，263，265，265G，265W，M44，M44X，N262；

还有步行10多分钟可以到kurralta shopping centre，里面有kmart，coles等。

非私人招租，而是要跟本地中介magain realestate申请和签合同。所以大家想申请时候，可以到magain主页，输入这套apartment的地址，然后按申请就好了。
