如果在日间音乐太大的话，警察是不会受理的。除非在晚上发生，否则邻居的行为不会构成刑事上的责任。

如果是每天傍晚6点一直放到晚上十点多 我家离他们家大概有20-30米中间还有条路 音乐声很大 有次去他们家说 结果那人很嚣张 说我十一点以后放是违法的 在十一点之前放音乐是自由的 我们没有权利说 于是天天放 而且声音越来越大 这样的情况 我可以直接报警么？

你们都是学生，即使是社会上的 对于我来说 我是不怕的， 学生更好处理  我不知道你是男是女， 如果是女的 你叫你认识的男同学 或者男朋友来， 多几个人 实在吵闹 无法解决 可以气势汹汹地去 ，   口气强硬 ， 不行动手，

我告诉你，  中国人就是太软弱 才会被欺负，  我知道你怕惹事， 怕除了事回去， 其实你不用担心， 澳洲打架其实也多的是， 有的人 不给点暴力和颜色是不会妥协的，
如果打了  警察来了  你也不必承认你打了人， 就说你没有 是对方先动手 你需要法律咨询和援助  我就不信打不服者几个小 逼崽子
