求租一间单间，房间不需要很大，但一定要阳光充足，房子整洁，最好周围能安静一点，不在主路边上。

最好是city边上south terrace的房子，160左右或以下的都能接受（180左右或以下全包的也能接受），在north adelaide也可以（就是阿大校车能送到的地方）~

如果在city外面，希望在10站以内，价格合理的，房子里住的人不要太多的......

我比较好相处，一个人安静，有时候也能外向，但可能不是那种少煮人士，会做点菜煮点饭吃。
