我们的合同是10月到期，但因为我们买房了，所以我们终止了合同。我们知道我们要给违约金，还可能要付房租直到有人搬进来。我们和中介商量后，他们同意我们自己找人，但最后他们来决定。我们找了几个人，上周他们把application form 给了中介，中介周一答复我们他们这周决定。我们今天给他email, 他回复我们说他很忙，没时间去弄我们的事。他又说反正他们要2月5号才打算搬进来，也不急。但问题是，租房的人不可能等你很长时间，一般两三天内没回复，别人会找其他的房子。如果这样的事情发生的话，我们还必须要继续付房租。我想知道有没有什么办法让他很快速的做决定。然后如果是因为他的不作为导致我们失去房客，谁来承担我们的损失。
