请教一下，同一个证书，TAFE颁发的和其他培训机构颁发的，有何区别？

请教一下大家，TAFE颁发的证书和其他培训机构颁发的证书，有什么区别么？特别是，在社会的认可程度上，和在求职过程中的认可程度上，会有区别么？谢谢！
