先说交通，一下楼就是rundle mall的hungry jacks，可想而知离阿大，语言学校和南澳大学有多近，走路三分钟即到。楼下就有99C的免费巴士，环绕city，想到哪都可以，免费。Free tram也可以做，到chinatown等特别方便。

再说房子，本公寓是bent apartment，在六楼，采光和空气都特别好，光线好，每个房间都有中央空调，大窗户。客厅也有空调。房子是三室两卫，单间和双人间share一个厕所，不超过三分人公用，特别方便。厨房也很大，全家具，微波炉，吸尘器，烤箱，冰箱，洗衣机锅碗等等，全家具，只需拎包入住啦。
单人间带有衣柜，桌椅，床头柜和一张双人床（照片还是一个单人床没换，但是已经买了新的双人床了），空调，大窗户，采光一流。n7 x% \9 j/ g3 L- J8 e
阳台就不用说，来我家的人都说是city少有的大阳台，适合homeparty哈哈。而且阳台外面有桌椅，如果冬天想到阳台晒太阳也是可以的，晒衣服也特别好。* n" G/ m6 g* Y, C  ]0 ^7 f7 W
客厅很大，图片就可以看出来了，也是落地窗式的。图片都是刚拍的，特别整洁和干净。因为楼主一直都有不定期打扫。5 @$ N2 L" G1 i% r3 i$ P
不能养宠物和抽烟，喝点小酒已经很好了，要是带上几个好友回来喝酒吵吵闹闹就不好意思啦。希望你是爱干净，爱安静，容易相处的哈。
单人间一个人200刀一周，都是share 网电(包水,包气，水超过标准部分要share) 因为做饭是用气，电费不多，网费bill也不多，大概四刀一周；厕所不超过三个人一起share。

电费不浪费就不会多，可以算算平时省掉的饭钱车费钱。这个地段，上课下课特方便，随时可以回家做饭休息，小睡一觉，特别是上课时间间隔一两个小时的娃，有时候真心想睡一小觉有没有，随时想逛街就逛街，住在这里是最好的选择啦。长租的话是到二月底。
