请教一个买车的问题

本人在车行买车有一段时间了 有一天突然发现车的公里数被改过的 而且明明白白记着多少公里的维护记录那就是说 这车肯定被改了公里数 所以想请问下 能不能通过什么途径 退款或者得到些补偿？真心一种被骗的感觉
