原因：本人unisa大三女生，现在住的房子合同有点问题，急需住处。

我的资料：爱干净，不会（其实是暂时不需要）用太多网路，一周洗一次衣物，擅长厨艺（如果需要我的话hahha，轻拍:o，不过一般也就用厨房煮个面，短租嘛）


我最多拎个小行李箱（不会有大幅度的搬家，只带平时穿的衣服和盥洗用品）。

要求：即刻入住（越快越好）。要求的住处远近不限，只要单人房简单干净（可自备床，如实在需要的话），hygienic卫浴环境（帮助清洁）。


跟大家说一下take的行程，做到对屋主跟房客的公平性：

1. 屋主offer（地址，etc.）
2. 我去看房
3.我如果觉得很满意，可以跟屋主进一步说明我的情况。（毕竟短租，安全性，隐私对双方都很重要）
4.一系列接触后，屋主可选择接受或者拒绝租给我，都没有关系。（愿意支付bond金）
