和一对couple，还有另一个男生一起住，都是南澳的学生，很爱干净，好相处。

单人间自带两推门的衣柜，家具齐全，单人床，书柜式写字桌，房间有窗户。

房子上限人数4人，所以只招单人。男女不限，不抽烟室友。长租，最好能住半年以上。

4月底入住。

租金120pw＋share bill。

为了屋内良好的居住环境和较好的生活质量，有几个方面希望能注意一下。

－能保持屋内相对安静的环境，特别是晚上。尽量避免半夜回家，做饭和洗澡，这个时间段大家都要准备睡觉了。

－能爱惜屋内设施，保持屋内的干净。特别是公共区域，厨房，浴室，卫生间，保持基本的卫生。
