I have a 3 bedroom house (2 with built in robes) & the lounge room can be converted to a 4th bedroom. It has floating floor boards throughout the house.  There are 2 toilets & 1 bathroom.  It is located at Bus stop 12 (Marion Rd, South Plympton) & Bus M44, 245, 248 will take you straight to Adel Uni.  Tram stop 9 is just 5 minutes walk, it will take you to Uni SA (West Campus).  The cost is $350/week.
