房子在南边 Edwardstown  家附近是castle plaza shopping center（coles 医院 target等）

公交车10分钟到Marion shopping center 开车大概只需5分钟吧

交通便利  可乘坐公交车 w90, 241, 719, 720, 721, 火车 到city

房间一大一小 小房$100 全包 大房$115 全包 全家具 房间采光好 木地板 厕浴分隔 前后大庭院

ADSL2+ 250g adam internet 每个月都用不完。。。白天几乎没人用

房子不是很新 但住起来舒服 环境安静 同住的房客都好相处 不管工作上学都是朝九晚五 作息规律 不会昼伏夜出  事儿也不多 平时开车去购物 去city chinatown什么的方便也能捎带上 吃饭也可以一起 租房嘛 价格是一回事 但和什么人住 住的开不开心也很重要

我们没别的什么要求 就是租客走了急找人顶 单人couple都可接受 couple再加15块水电钱（现在水费贵啊=。=） 长租短租都行 当然最好长租3个月起

如果行李不多 还可以帮忙搬家
