房間是獨立的double studio，租約到2013年2月中，可續約 （當然，續約后的房租就會回到原來的價錢）！

包水跟煤，包無線上網，電費自付。

上網是無限，要知道網是我們自己弄的，初裝費話了我們差不多200百刀~每個月60刀（我們會付到contract完為止，即明年2月中左右），無限上網。unilodge ipad 自己的網速非常慢，而且費用貴！

只需$220 per week，拎包入住！適合couple或喜歡私人空間的同學~一個月省掉$135~!!
