               出租阿大对面hungry jacks后身bent apartment 两室一厅以单人间或整租。
               这个公寓的地角真的是非常好，楼下就是rundle street，上课，购物，吃饭，看电影等都非常方便。交通乘车也很便利。

               由于个人原因，十月分要回国，所以不得不出租房子。说实在的，虽然我只在这里住了几个月，但是与房子的感情非常深。真的干什么都很方便，住着也很安全。现在另一间是一个女生在住，人很好，很容易相处。我们这个房子也是bent里最便宜的，一周整套只要$395,包水和煤气，只要share网费和电费就可以了。房子条件很好，房间空间很大，锅碗瓢盆应有尽有，性价比非常高，真的拎包就能入住，很有家的感觉。

               单租的话我们是一个人两周$395, 这样房费比较容易算，网费和电费根据账单另算。房间10月中旬以后available，入住时间可商议。
               整租的话要转合同，合同到来年三月初，和中介签约，到期也可续约，$395 per week, 包水和煤气。网我可以直接转给你们。两个房间都是双人床，差不多大，其中一个房间有build-in的衣柜，住一对couple也OK。房子两个人住很舒服，三个人住很划算。入住时间十月中旬。
