1. 具体位置： Murray Avenue，步行3分钟到300, 281 stop 16，步行5分钟到OBAHN Klemzig站， 开车3分钟到coles，中国超市，foodland, woolworth, 麦当劳。 附近各个银行BanKSA, Commonwealth和ANZ。 步行3分钟有一个足球场， 喜欢踢球的朋友可以一起去玩。

2. 房屋细节：一共4间卧室，砖房夏天绝对凉快，屋内新换冷暖中央空调（水冷和气暖省钱效果好），做饭用gas，有一卫生间一个浴室（卫浴分开， 有车库（院内可停放3至4辆汽车），超大仓库（目测50平米+），超大后院（100平米+）。

3. 治安环境：周围十分安静整洁，路边也可停车，地区治安排名名列阿德前十。院内有一颗李子一颗葡萄，可以自己采摘品尝。

4. 家具网络：宜家床，组合写字台，转椅，台灯 应有尽有 拎包入住。网络无限量tpg.

5. share bill：之前大概不到15刀/周，相信如果大家在不影响居住质量的前提下尽量节省，控制在10刀左右不成问题。

6. 一些要求：屋内不养宠物；屋内禁止吸烟（吸烟的同学可以去后院吸）。
