因为是Unilodge（学生宿舍），一楼有common room和laundry room还有movie room 有超大的投影仪screen可以看movie。平时在家学习总爱打酱油的孩纸们不用千里迢迢去图书馆（不过从这里去图书馆也就5分钟）就可以享受图书馆福利拉！一楼的common room有3个学习室。非常的安静也有很舒适有中央空调。
