因为年底要回国，所以我的房间需要租出去{:11_564:} 当然如果你住习惯了，也可以继续住下去长租短租都可以~

11月20号左右房间可以空出来 希望租到2月25号左右 出租3个月（具体时间比较灵活，可以商量，你也可以长租下去）{:11_579:}
房子在Glandore，近anzac high way，但是不在主路上所以不会吵

步行2分钟到车站，15分钟到city
步行2分钟到shopping center， coles kmart，面包店，餐厅，眼镜店什么都有{:11_566:}

家里一共四个房间，包括我在内一共住了4个人，两个男生两个女生，都是阿大的学生，很好相处。房东本身是阿大的研究生，也很好说话{:11_572:}


家里空调是中央水冷，夏天还可以开窗子，凉快也不会闷。
家里养了一只小猫，不过很乖，完全不会影响生活（不会乱叫或者乱抓）{:11_564:}

网络是Adam，一个月200G

如果想share bill的话，Bill 3个月来一次，因为有一部分是房东cover的，所以bill 分下来每个人不会很多。
想全包的话也ok

房间里是地毯，弄脏了会很不好清洁，所以希望找一个爱干净的房客，毕竟房间还是要自己住的{:11_559:}
