房子在东北方向21B & 22站，听起来很远，但是坐公交车到阿大和UniSA的North Tce小区的时间和南区第3站，西南区第2站，西区14站, 东南区12站是一样的，因为避免了穿过city的走走停停。

东北区Campbelltown一年半新3房house两个单人客卧出租，都有built-in衣橱，king single单人床（一个房间是有pillow-top的床垫，一个没有pillow-top），书桌椅。两客卧共用卫生间和浴室，与主卧和客厅有一面墙隔开，形成一个独立的区域(两间客卧，客卧洗手间和浴室)，私密性较好，适合两个朋友或者情侣合租。单租一个房间也欢迎。整个House有Ducted reverse cycle空调暖气，安保系统。目前用的是150G的TPG网络，如有需要可升级。门口有很多street parking的位置。（房子只有一个车库，我们自己要用，不要意思没有办法提供，如果没有车，可以周末跟车一起去买东西）

步行五分钟到达车站(174, 177＆522，Stop 21B&22，20分钟到阿大和南澳大学North Tce校区，)和Campbelltown Shopping Centre, 有IGA超市（营业至凌晨12点），CBA银行，面包店，药店，餐馆等。步行10分钟到Newton Shopping Centre, 有Foodland超市，Target, Dominos Pizza，餐馆，蔬菜水果店等。步行10-15分钟到Paradise Interchange，可乘坐O-Bahn到city和机场。

两个房间都只租给单人以保证大家的生活质量（整套房子不超过4个人），希望房客能作息时间正常，不能带人过夜并能够保持房间，共用的卫生间和浴室干净整洁。

注：因为两个房间结构大小完全一致，所以只上传了其中一间房间的照片，望谅解。

房租：　租金和租期面议，长短租均可。租金可以考虑全包（仅限于正常用量）。房租两周或四周一交（自由选择）。
