说一说一个极品房东，大家注意

地址：32 sparks terrace rostrevor, 那是个杭州的房东，姓韩。房子是个他买的二手房，原房被他用来出租，后院改建以后他自己住。他给住户提供的全部是中文的无效合同，之前有个女生在洗澡的时候还去敲她的门，在租房时说好的空调，他说如果要开的话每人每小时4刀交给他才开。我的合同从一月12日签到了10月22日，每周120, 在这个月7号的时候他却通知我必须在下周搬出去，不然找警察，我无奈的去学校咨询了以后发现中文合同无效，最后只好离开。

在离开的时候找各种借口扣bond金，就连带同学回来一起做作业也要扣每人每次10刀，说同学用了他的水和电等，也从来没有拿到过tax invoive.在搬家的时候东西拿不下，我们和他商量是否可以先放这里，等搬完这一趟回来取，他说不可以，必须交钥匙。然后我就想和他理论一下，可是他说他就是专门干租房子的，每个月都去向政府咨询如何做不违规至少2到3次，你可以去告，不过你别想成功，所有的漏洞他都清楚。

他主要是靠租房以及在bbs上转卖二手货赚钱，我用他的qq号和手机在论坛上找到很多他发的转卖床垫，香烟等的帖子，还有通下水道。之前我刚从国内过来时他说他朋友喜欢国内香烟，让我帮他带了2条红双喜，一共给我了10刀，结果我在贴吧里看到他那天晚上发的帖子上转手卖了140刀。

1，拿着你的中文租房合同，和各种证据（比如银行转账记录）到 office of consumer and business affairs: tenancies branch,地址在 level 1 chesser house 91-97 grenfell street,adelaide. 去告他，说他违反租房合同多收你们用空调的费用（口头承诺也是租房合同的一部分），提前在你没有任何过错的情况下，强制你搬离。随意克扣bond金，而且bond不交到tenancies branch.
2,到ATO告他偷税漏税，就你房东这逼样，房租收入绝对没交税。ato office 在pirie st,就是移民局后边那条街上。
这两点就够他受的了。
你房东也就在新人面前装牛逼，还和政府部门咨询如何做不违规。他这些全部都是违规的。

谢谢，从你给的消息里面我能找到这几点房东的问题，一定要告他：1，他让交房租只收现金不同意转账，一开始还不同意做记录，后来我要求下才在我这做的记录，肯定没交税。2，克扣bond。3，违反合同乱收费。

最好的办法  。。。  哪天去他家附近散散步   不小心有一颗石子不自动怎么搞的把他家的玻璃给蹦碎了 。。。 实在是个意外啊   呵呵     意外
