110每周，share bill,房子一共住三个人，另外都是两个女生。

东边klemzig区，出门不到一分钟就是车站，坐281大概十五分钟到学校，早晚高峰时段大概七八分钟一辆车；也可以步行到obahn,大约走十分钟，到了klemzig station 五分钟到city，不用等车。


房子一共是三室两卫，出租的的是一个单人间。
每个房间都带中央空调，夏天不怕很热。
主卧带卫生间，也就是说和另外一个女生两个人share卫浴。而且卫生间和洗澡间是分开的。
房间大概11平米左右，带一个built in wardrobe，即使很多衣服也可以放得下了，另外屋内还有一个大沙发。学习累了可以休息一下


客厅超大，大概二三十平米。开放式的厨房，所有家电一应俱全
网络是adam+ 的200G网络一个月60，速度肯定比unlimited的要快很多，而且不分高峰段，即使上网在线看视频，加下载三个人也肯定用不完。


由于房子不是位于主路，所以平时很安静一直。
现在每周110，aviable now!

由于是当时take的房子所以家具都是自己购置，入住需要买一个写字台。
