在医院看完病后交钱的问题！急！

高中生，有BUPA的health card，然后去royal adelaide hospital看了两次病，一次帮我做了血液检查和挂了水开了药，另一次是上次的发烧还没好又去看了，医生只是检查了喉咙血压什么的，最后说没什么问题，让我回家了。后来收到两张医药费的单子，一次400多，一次300多。。我。。。
我同学是直接自己交了钱到医院然后医院给了张收据她，她拿着收据到bupa，然后工作人员给她报销了差不多40%，退了剩余的钱给她
我和我HOMESTAY说了后，她帮我问医院了，她说我不用付钱，Bupa会帮我付，说因为我来这一年多了什么的。。我就不明白为什么我同学要付一部分我不要，是不是真的。。
关键那医药费的单子上说要在21天之内交钱，据我同学说貌似迟交一天是要罚钱的，所以特着急。。不知道到底要不要付钱，有类似经历的同学吗。。。

这里的医院分私立和公立
去的地方不同保险承担的就不同
还有就是保险种类不同也会有差异
最直接的方法就是去他们的办公室咨询下
