有99C free bus 分别到阿大, UniSA east/ west campus, 步行7分钟到tram station, rundle mall 站下就可以到阿大

這是个3层3房的townhouse, 有中央冷暖空调（不怕夏天,  避暑好选择)( ^0 Z' ?! o/ q( P3 U
2个卫生间, 1个沐浴房, TPG的网络(够用了)

要出租的是一楼的和车库相连的房间，有一个小阳台，通风十分好，夏天大部分时间不开空调都很凉快。
2楼是很nice的房东couple和一个小女生。3楼是公共的厨房和客厅。

这个房间我之前和房东签到6月初，如果住的满意到时候可以继续和房东一起take这个房子，到时候价格也可以再商量协商。房租是2周一交，网费一月一交，电费3个月一交。

房间有内置的衣柜，双人床，书桌，如果有需要可以换成单人床。

照片就不上了，这个小区的房子基本大同小异，有兴趣可以打电话约看房。
