诚意租2间房

希望房东也是诚信度高，容易相处的人。我们俩签约的话一定住满半年。如果要半年起租的房子，请准备好政府正规合同，2月12号到阿村。求租两间干净大房（一大一小也没事）

要求：

1.
最好是离flinders university 或者marion shopping centre近一些。南区或者西南区的房子也可以。

2.
有车希望有车位

3. 房子附近希望能有超市

4. 由于我跟一个女生一起租2间房，希望房子整体要干净，尤其是厨房和厕所

5. 煤气煮饭、晒衣服方便、网速要快些（不要老是掉网就行）

6. 所需家具：大床（实在不行单人床也可以），衣橱（女生那个房间的不要太小），椅子，最好还有床头柜和书橱，有窗和空调，房门可锁，房间最好不要太小。

7. 租金只要合适就行
