房子是我和朋友刚从 local 中介那拿的townhouse ，都是走正规程序来 ， 房子干净整洁 且三个房间都很大 ， 房间带有全套家具 如有需要还可提供双人床，书桌，落地柜都已配齐。 24小时 全天热水，无需担心没热水洗澡的问题 网是tpg的超大流量网 而且我们准备改成无限流量的。
一楼全是客厅 ， 而且厨房很干净 很大 也包有抽油烟机 冰箱 和微波炉都是我和朋友新买的 而且有储物间, 东西不怕多。
房子最大的特点是步行1分钟内到 coles， foodland ， post office， 药店， 食品店， 新鲜水果店等。 同时， 一分钟还可到车站，坐车可直达 阿大学校门口。所以 生活上 和学习上都很方便。
整间townhouse 都配备了 基本家具 对于前来 学习 的留学生来说 是一个不错的选择
我和朋友均是阿大的学生，我们是本着以房交友的目的出租房屋 真诚希望可以和前来居住的房客成为朋友 而不是单纯的房东 房客关系，优先考虑爱干净的男 女生 如果对个人卫生要求比较低的， 甚至邋遢的请自觉回避， 如果是couple 我们可以面议细节 因为 房子限住三人。欢迎看房 。
