请教郑律师关于租房中介要提前终止合同的问题

    我估计中介的目的是希望你尽快搬走，可能业主要卖房子或作为自住。因此你应该和中介协商，早日搬出，减省麻烦。再者今年的留学生比去年减少了很多，现在的房子空置率上升了很多，不用愁找不到其他房子的。如果你需要帮忙的话，你可以委任咨询的律师替你与中介沟通。
